Caring for someone in the final hours or days of life can feel uncertain, especially when words, movement, and familiar ways of connecting begin to fade.

These videos were created to offer gentle guidance in those moments.

Rooted in Meditative Heartbeat Therapy (MHbT), they introduce simple, contemplative ways of being present with someone who is unresponsive—practices that support connection, steadiness, and peace when conventional forms of communication are no longer available.

You do not need clinical training or special equipment to follow what is offered here. These practices are accessible to family members, loved ones, and caregivers, and are designed to complement the medical care already being provided.

Whether you are sitting at the bedside now, preparing for what lies ahead, or supporting others in their care, these videos are here to help you feel more grounded and less alone.

In the final hours of life, presence matters.

And even when words are gone, connection remains.

If you would like to learn more about Meditative Heartbeat Therapy, bring this work to your organization, or speak about individual support, please reach out.

This video series will be available in April 2026.
It is being created to support caregivers and families in real time at the bedside.
